Easy Fill
Double K Technologies, Inc.’s revolutionary patented new “Easy Fill” system allows you to fill gear boxes from the top without ever needing to remove the plug again.
This is how the system works:
- Thread the internally vented “Easy Fill” plug into the top plug hole of the gear box replacing the standard plug. (Adapter plates are available for Valley Systems).This venting allows breathing and eliminates internal pressure on the gear box seals.
- Attach the “Easy Fill” interlocking coupler onto the “Easy Fill” plug.
- Use a bucket pump, pneumatic pump or any personal delivery system to fill the gear box. When oil exits the vent holes in the “Easy Fill” plug, the gear box is completely filled.
- Remove the coupler and place the protective cover over the “Easy Fill” plug.
